Lab Testing
Vitamin D Lab Test​

The Vitamin D lab test measures the levels of Vitamin D in the body, which is crucial for bone health. The test specifically measures the two common forms of Vitamin D: 25-OH D3 and 25-OH D2.
How it Works:
Schedule the Vitamin D Lab Test through our Booking Portal and complete the associated Client Intake forms. We will send you an invoice for services. You will not receive a test kit for your phlebotomy appointment. Your test requisition form will be emailed to you and will be available on the Fullscript platform. Your phlebotomy appointment will be performed at your nearest Quest Diagnostics Center. We will send you a follow-up email discussing your results and treatment plan.
NAD+ Lab Test​

The at-home NAD+ test is one of the most reliable ways for patients to measure and track their NAD+ levels. Users can accurately define their NAD+ baseline pre-therapy, and monitor the positive effects of oral and / or intravenous NAD+ and Niagen supplementation with one of the most stable, reliable NAD+ testing methods available. Our innovative blood-spot assay card ensures greater stability of NAD+ samples for a validated, true analysis.
How it Works:
Schedule an NAD+ test and complete the associated Client Intake forms. We will send you an invoice for the test and ship it directly to your door. You will receive an Instruction sheet and we will determine the best timeline for testing and follow-up to discuss your results.
